The Advocate Dialogues The Advocate Dialogues are intended to bring an analytical perspective to a range of public policy concerns, from public participation in local government, to issues of social and economic security, the evolution of how risk is distributed within society, the debate about regulating world markets and financial institutions, retirement policy, labour market policy, crime prevention and justice, and other public concerns. The AI attempts to maintain a basic objectivity in its approach, one which permits a “people first” perspective, but a perspective which is not intellectually or conceptually bound by a political ideology. We favor practical solutions and workable options. The dialogues presented in this space will vary in presentation media and in format. We invite comments and contributions.
