 2001-Present

2005
With support of the International Development Research Centre, coordinated an exploration by the Centro Boliviano de Estudios Multidisciplinarios (CEBEM) in Washington DC and Canada in order to (i) contact key institutions and persons in development agencies, (ii) share information about CEBEM's accomplishments and key activities in the Andean region, and (iii) identify opportunities for innovative partnerships with universities, donor agencies, development banks, research centres, and diplomatic representations of Bolivia. This project has progressed to a structured feasibility analysis for specific exchange partnerships, and is a current Advocate Institute priority.

2002-2003
Researched the use of video for supporting social communication, including intergenerational communication and conflict resolution. This is an area of future development for the Institute.

2001-2004
Provided temporary management services to the International Centre for Prevention of Crime during an organizational transition. The ICPC is now firmly established, a dynamic work program is in place, and several new countries have asked to join the organization.

1997-2003
Provided administrative and coordination services to support the development of the Queen's University International Institute on Social Policy. This program has become institutionalized in the Canadian social policy world and draws renowned academics and senior officials.

2001-2003
Provided organizational and communications support to McMaster University System-linked Research Unit to promote an innovative human services approach, entitled the Integrated Human Services Project.
